Equity Membership: $1,500 one time fee and is 50% returnable upon resale and at the prevailing rate. Once the initial fee has been made, monthly fees are $315 per month plus tax for a single membership or $345 per month plus tax for a family membership.
Company Use Membership: No joining fee, dues are $2,800 per employee. Company Use members must be employed by the company, and there must be a minimum of two. Spouses of Company Use Members may play for a cart fee only with the Company Use Member and enjoy all club privileges.
Summer Membership: April 15 - September 30, Individual membership is $200 and family membership is $300, enjoy all club privileges except reciprocal golf is dictated by greens aerification and when the course is closed.

Cart fees:
1. Equity Member Daily Cart Fee is $19.50 per person for
18 Holes and $10.50 per person for 9 Holes. Company
Use and Summer Members $22 (18 holes) and $12 (9
holes).
2. Annual Cart Fee is $1,675, and covers all cart fees for the
membership year.
3. Trail Fee is $1,300 for members who have personal golf
carts and live in Quail Creek Village, Quail Creek Estates
or Longshore Lake.
4. Pull cart fee is $5.
Walking the Golf Course
The Golf Course at Quail Village Golf Club is very walkable.
Tees are close to the green previously played and many
members take advantage of it. Walking is allowed starting
at 12 Noon (except 2 pm on Wednesday, November
through April ).
Bag Storage and Lockers
Bag storage is available to all members. Our staff prepare
clubs for member’s arrival and clean and store them following
the round. Bag storage is $50 per bag, per year.
Lockers are also available for $25 per locker, per year and
based on availability.
Events and Activities
Men’s Day is Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday.
There is a $5 entry fee to play. Winnings are distributed in
Golf Shop credit.
Monday - tee times are scheduled from 9 am to approximately
10 am.
Wednesday and Saturday - tee times are scheduled from 8
to approximately 9 am.
Friday Tee times are from 8:30 to approximately 9:30 am.
Tee times are available prior to and after event play. Sign
up begins a week in advance.
Ladies’ Day is Tuesday and Thursday and both nine- and
eighteen-hole associations play on those days. Tuesday
is the formal day with an event planned. Thursday is an
informal day with no event planned.
Tuesday 18 Holers play begins at 7:45 am to approximately
9:15 am. A $4 entry fee is charged each day and winnings
are distributed in Golf Shop credit.
Thursday 18-Holers sign up as a group or as individuals.
Tee times are assigned according to the request. Tee times
are from 7:45 to approximately 9 am.
Tuesday 9-Hole play begins immediately following the
18-Holers to approximately 10:15 am.
Thursday 9-Holers play the back nine with tee times from
8 am to approximately 8:30 am.
Tuesday tee times are available after event play and Thursday
prior to and after event play. Sign up begins a week in
advance.
Couples’ Events are scheduled monthly throughout the
winter. There is an 18-hole event one Sunday a month.
Play begins with a 1 pm shotgun, and dinner follows golf.
In addition, there are Couples’ 9 & Dine events on selected
Wednesdays starting at 3:15 pm with dinner following
golf. There are also two two-day events: the Guys and
Dolls Championship and the Quail Cup.
Tee Times
Tee times can be made up to three days in advance using
our Chelsea tee time reservation system based on first
come first served. Members make a tee time, not just a
request.
Guest Play
Members are encouraged to entertain guests. However,
the same guest may not play more than six times November
through April. This does not apply to family house
guests. There are special rates for family guests and for
guests playing Wednesdays after 11 am.
November and December guests play for $50 for 18 holes
and $26 for 9 holes. Family guests play for $36 for 18 holes.
The guest rate after 11 am on Wednesday is $35. Walking
guests play for $18.50.
January through April the rate is $63 for 18 holes and $34
for 9 holes. The family members rate is $45 for 18 holes.
After 11 am on Wednesday is $45. Walking rate is $18.50.
May through October the guest rate is $32 for 18 holes,
$17 for 9 holes and $9 to walk.
Dining at the Club
Quail Village does not have a food minimum, so members
use the restaurant as they choose. The newly-renovated
Clubhouse is open daily for lunch. Brunch is served on
Sunday, and dinner on Tuesday and Friday. Chef Peter and
his staff do a remarkable job of providing a great meal and
excellent service and at a reasonable price.
Social Events
Quail Village offers a variety of social activities ranging
from weekly ladies’ bridge, mah jongg and water aerobics
to monthly Bingo, cocktail parties and game nights to
holiday events and a formal dinner dance.
Quail Creek Village offers a quality country club experience
at a reasonable price. As a member, friends are made
easily. After playing in a few men’s, ladies’ or couples’
events or attending one of the social events, Quail Creek
Village feels like home.
